Established in 1999, we are a residential development company based in the rapidly emerging Northern Quarter area of central Manchester. We have recently completed the re-development of an old industrial building in Manchester and created 24 luxury loft style apartments in a project named The Vaults, and we have a number of other projects at various stages of the planning and development process, not only in Manchester, but also in Chester, Liverpool, Southport, York and London.

We are keen to see the re-vitalisation of old buildings and derelict sites in our inner cities and all of our projects involve an element of re-development of 'brownfield' sites or existing buildings with historical significance or listed status.
